Anushka Bhalla, MD, MPH

FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN

Dr. Bhalla is a board certified Family Medicine physician who joined Westside Internal Medicine after spending nearly a decade practicing medicine at Kaiser Permanente where she oversaw the Santa Monica medical office. She has received recognition for providing high quality, service oriented care to her patients. Dr. Bhalla is passionate about developing a partnership with her patients and is excited to practice medicine at WIM where she has the time to invest in each patient in a meaningful way to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Dr. Bhalla is a California native, she grew up in Fresno and eventually moved to Los Angeles to attend her dream school, UCLA. She then went on to earn her Masters in Public Health with an emphasis in Public Policy along with her MD at St. George’s University. She completed her Family Medicine residency at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center where she had the honor of serving as Chief Resident.

Dr. Bhalla enjoys mentoring medical students and contributing to the next generation of physicians. She has a special interest in preventative care and is looking forward to working with patients from the ages of 16 and up.

Outside of the office Dr. Bhalla enjoys staying active with her children, playing tennis, traveling and taking in the beautiful California coastline. She is looking forward to partnering with you and continuing the tradition of high quality, patient centered care at WIM.
